In this action-comedy, Marwin, a suspended and brash police detective, finds himself in unusual circumstances. He trades his gun and badge for a ladle to go undercover as an assistant chef at a restaurant frequented by hard-to-nab drug suppliers. His mission is to gain the trust of the criminal gang, shut down their dangerous drug ring, and apprehend their elusive boss. Marwin puts his culinary flair to use while battling the dangerous bad guys, who soon become his loyal customers. However, tension arises between Marwin and Khing, a spunky Youtuber who is the granddaughter of the restaurant owner. Khing wants to shut the restaurant down and have her grandmother move out of the seedy neighborhood. She finds Marwin suspicious and foils his every move to complete his mission, putting both in dangerous situations. When one of the mafia bosses, Brother Mah, plans a big sting operation, Marwin must recruit Khing’s help to bring it down, promising her that he will make things right.
