“The Power to make someone fall in love is far greater.”

In ancient Ayothaya, the orphan boy Pansaeng (Nadech) learns the forbidden martial arts and magic to avenge the death of his parents and sister at the hands of Seenil. But he must not love, for that would weaken his power and kill him. As Ayothaya descends into chaos, Pansaeng is elevated to the rank of “Khun Saengplan” because of his abilities, which fuels the jealousy of Muen Worachai, a subordinate of his arch-enemy Luang Baworntat.

When Chavala (Pie Rinrada), Muen Worachai’s sister, unwittingly enters Pansaeng’s life, the two must confront the court’s accusations and their growing affection, while facing an impending coup d’état orchestrated by Seenil. Muen Worachai accused Pansaeng for abducting Chavala and is forcing Pansaeng to marry his sister in order to sabotage Pansaeng’s magic, knowing that his power will wane once he falls in love with a woman. Chavala is unaware of her brother’s sinister plan. Pansaeng, in turn, plans to use Chavala against her brother and Luang Baworntat to thwart their corrupt plan. As the rivalry between Pansaeng and Muen Worachai grows, so does the affection between Pansaeng and Chavala. Every time Pansaeng shows his love for Chavala, he suffers from his magic. Fighting for justice and love in the midst of an impending war, they must make sacrifices. Pansaeng is faced with the difficult decision of whether to follow his destiny or the dictates of his heart.
