Amidst the spectacular Swiss Alps’ snow-capped peaks, there is a new era of romance between the second-generation Dhevaprom and Jutathep families. After decades of star-crossed lovers, betrothal betrayals, and dramatic escapades between the two families, could there now be one too many Dhevaproms entangled with a Jutathep?
Meet “Cheewan” (PP Punpreedee) and Poncheewa; both are Devaphrom ladies from their mother’s side. These young, bright, and beautiful ladies are close and do everything together, including studying in Switzerland. Meanwhile, M.L. Saruj Jutathep (Kao Noppakao), son of M.R. Pavornruj (Pope Thanavat) and Princess Wanrasa (Mew Nittha), is the First Secretary of the Thai Embassy in Bern whose role is to assist Thai students there. A perfect setting for romance but not a love triangle. Things get complicated when Cheewan falls for Saruj when she is supposed to play cupid for her bestie Poncheewa and Saruj. Tangled in a web of lies, suspicion and jealousy threaten to tear apart the cousins’ once indestructible bond.
Their lives are jolted when the three are called back to Thailand by their families, when the Thai Government floated the baht against other currencies to jumpstart its economy, causing political and economic turmoil. Their lives collide in controversy and drama, and their loyalty and love are further tested in the face of adversity and hardship during the country’s tumultuous times.
Will Cheewan follow her heart, be one with Saruj, or stay loyal to Poncheewa? Who does Saruj have true feelings for? Stay tuned to see which love match, burn bright or burn out!
